Count revenue when invoiced
If you invoice customers and wait for payment, your P&L has been telling you about the past: revenue only appeared once the money arrived. The Profit & loss report now has a setting called Count revenue when invoiced. Turn it on and every issued, unpaid Stripe invoice counts as revenue in the months its service period covers. An invoice billing July through September puts a third into each month. The drill-down grows its own section, Invoiced, not yet collected, so a cell always splits cleanly into collected, invoiced, and planned, and when the payment lands the amount simply moves from one bucket to the other. Nothing is counted twice.
Open invoices also became visible where you plan your cash. Each one is now a planned transaction with a badge: Invoiced, Overdue once the due date passes, or Collection stalled when Stripe's payment retries are exhausted, collection never started, or a bank-transfer invoice sits more than 90 days past due. An Overdue section is pinned on top of the planned transactions list, and the cash flow forecast treats the two cases differently: late but collectible invoices count as money expected any day now, stalled ones stop promising cash until you settle them in Stripe. Built for a customer who asked why invoiced revenue was invisible until paid; if that's you, the setting is one click away.
