Walletguide GmbH ("SaaSFlow", "we") uses cookies on our websites at saasflow.com (the "Websites") and in the SaaSFlow application at app.saasflow.com (the "Services"). This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we set, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. On your next visit, the browser sends them back, which lets the site recognize you, keep you signed in, or remember a choice you made. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called first-party cookies; cookies set by other companies through that site are third-party cookies. Session cookies disappear when you close the browser, persistent cookies expire after a set time.
Our approach
We keep cookie use deliberately small. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere, and our web analytics on the Websites work without cookies. What remains is one functionality cookie on the Websites and a small set of cookies in the Services, most of which only exist after you have agreed to them.
Cookies on the Websites (saasflow.com)
Ad attribution cookie
Set only if you arrive on our Websites through one of our ads. It stores a random identifier that lets our servers attribute your later signup to that ad. It contains no browsing history and is not shared with third parties.
Type: First-party, functionality
Duration: 35 days
No other cookies are set on the Websites.
Cookies in the Services (app.saasflow.com)
These cookies are strictly necessary and therefore set without consent:
__Secure-saasflow-...
A small set of cookies with this name prefix that manage your sign-in session and keep it secure.
Type: First-party, strictly necessary
Duration: Up to 7 days
cc_cookie
Stores which cookie categories you have accepted or declined in the consent dialog.
Type: First-party, strictly necessary
Duration: 6 months
These cookies are only set after you have accepted the corresponding category in the consent dialog of the Services:
intercom-...
Set by our support chat (Intercom) to keep your conversation history across visits.
Type: Third-party (Intercom), functionality
Duration: Up to 9 months (per Intercom's documentation)
Your choices
In the Services, you decide in the consent dialog which optional categories are active, and you can change that choice at any time in the cookie settings of the Services. Declining optional cookies does not limit the core product; the affected tools (for example the support chat) simply stay off.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Instructions for the most common browsers:
Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies prevents signing in to the Services.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will post a prominent notice on our Websites before the change takes effect.
